Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec where restricted) who are 18 years of age or older and are the verifiable owner or operator of an established, actively operating business at the time of entry. "Established business" means a real, currently operating business (for example, a registered LLC, corporation, or equivalent) with genuine customers or revenue. Sponsor may require the selected winner to provide reasonable proof of business ownership (such as business registration or equivalent) before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who cannot demonstrate an established, operating business or who has no business, no registered entity, or is merely claiming to have a business. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
To be entered and eligible to win, you must:
One (1) winner will be selected live during the workshop from eligible attendees who met all entry requirements, and must be present live at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If a selected entrant is not present or does not meet all requirements, an alternate winner may be drawn. The winner will be contacted using the name, phone, and email provided at registration.
One (1) custom AI employee build valued at $15,000, built and configured by Sponsor for the winner's business. The prize includes:
Hosting. The AI employee build is hosted and operated on Sponsor's own company servers. The winner does not receive the ability to self-host, export, or take ownership of the underlying build; the AI employees run on Sponsor's infrastructure.
After the first 30 days. Continued hosting, maintenance, updates, and support are optional and provided under a monthly subscription ranging from $297 to $797 per month, depending on the level of support, usage, the size of the winner's team, and any upgrades, additional automations or workflows, or additional AI employees the winner requests. The winner is under no obligation to continue after the 30-day period; if they choose not to continue, hosting of the build ends. Approximate retail value of the prize is $15,000.
Any operating-cost figures shared by Sponsor (for example, "$34.90 per week") reflect Sponsor's own actual usage of its AI employees, based on Sponsor's business needs, volume, and configuration. They are not a guarantee, projection, or representation of the costs any other person will incur. Individual costs vary widely: we do not know the size of your company, how many human employees or processes you have, or how many AI employees you may need. Sponsor does not guarantee that you will make any money, generate any revenue, or that AI employees will increase the revenue, income, sales, or profitability of your business. There is no guarantee of results, revenue, income, or any specific outcome from attending the workshop, entering the giveaway, or receiving the prize. Any examples of results are not typical and are not a promise of your results.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at its sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, abuse, entrants taking advantage of the offer, use of the prize outside the scope Sponsor outlines, violation of Sponsor's Terms of Service, or any technical failure or factor beyond reasonable control that impairs the giveaway's integrity. By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or the prize, and you consent to Sponsor's use of your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is organized.
